We're setting up a volunteer shift database for a large festival. I assume we can let volunteers sign up for shifts using forms, but is there a way for them to change/drop shifts without having to email us to do it on the backend? If not, is there an extension that would help?

The ideal solution for this would be to pay extra money for a portal tool for Airtable.
There are a few great portal tools available for Airtable. Some of the most popular ones are Noloco, Softr, JetAdmin, and Glide.
