Hi - first timer here!

I have 2 tables in 1 base.  Table A contains info about Recipes I'm creating. Table B is where I schedule those recipes for newsletter publication. Recipe names are pulled from Table A into Table B by linking fields. There are 3 recipes per date, so 3 linked fields. So far so good.

I want to have the newsletter date in Table B pulled into the corresponding recipe record in Table A. See attached illustration - what formula do I need to replace the question marks with dates?

If the newsletter date is the primary field in Table B (the field with the record's name), then the linked record in table A will itself be the newsletter date. If not, then you will need to add a lookup field in table A (right click the linked record field linking table A to table B (from table A), add lookup field, select Newsletter date).

Hi there! I tried that, but it is only pulling the newsletter date for recipes entered under the Recipe 1 column.

Hi Again - I found the solution - and you probably already assumed I knew this, lol.  I now have just 1 column for recipes in Table B - and have set it to allow multiple records to be linked.  So simple!~

I literally had that typed up in my initial response and deleted it haha. Glad you got it figured out!
