I created a rollup field for my leadership score column but it only is showing the sum of one of the projects (project A) and not the other (project C).

Could you provide a screenshot of the linked field to "Project Assessments" please?

In "Project Assessments", could you provide a screenshot of the linked field to the table that has the rollup field?

Yes, here they are! I am using automation to create my lists in the 'project assessments' tab, not sure if that helps at all!

Hmm, your rollup field is taking linked records from the "Project Assessments" table, and summing up "PCT Results".  In your image "Screenshot 2024-07-11 at 8.37.08 AM.png", it shows that you have no linked records for "Project C" and so it makes sense that Project C's rollup is 0.  Could you try linking records to Project C and seeing whether the rollup updates?

Is there a way for me to have this done automatically? Instead of manually going in and linking the records?

Hmm, for new "Project Assessment" records, i.e. ones created by your automation, you've already set it up so that the link happens automatically, so I assume you're talking about existing data?

If so, this would really depend on how your data's set up and whether there's any pattern you can use to identify which project assessment records are associated with each project.  You'd use that pattern to either create an automation to do it for you or you'd have to do it manually I'm afraid
