Background: Source table has no records, but fields have been configured. This is a blank copy from another base.
Issue: When in EDIT mode and with Creator access, Interface Layout "Record Review" does not show any page elements (page is blank) and does not allow me to add or remove elements. I am unable to configure the interface page. I am only able to configure the "Record List".
Request: Is there another way to add elements to a Record Review when the source table has no records?
