Hi everyone!

I’m building an Interface page that will serve as a library of:

  1. Each Product my team trains on.
    1. From a synced table: Product Database.
  2. Each training Resource we have for each Product, which are set up as linked records.
    1. From a synced table: Training Inventory.

I set this up in a Record Review layout (preferred over List View for our use case). When editing the interface (and when “normally” viewing the published interface), everything looks great. The linked records display properly (as a view) within the record details.

The problem: In the public share link or when embedding the interface on SharePoint, the linked records do not appear. This happens whether or not a product actually has linked records.

Has anyone else run into this limitation with Record Review Interfaces? Is there a known workaround (or an alternative layout/approach) that allows linked record data to remain visible when shared or embedded? Thanks in advance for any insights! See below for examples:

The linked records (Training Resources) for AgilQuest look as-intended when editing and viewing the interface “normally”.
The linked records (Training Resources) for AgilQuest don’t appear within the public view link, or when embedding that same link.

Here’s one more example:

PathPresenter has no linked records at this time. Here’s how it looks when editing/viewing the interface.
Here’s how it appears in the public view link (and when embedding).

Hey @bredah this is just how publicly shared interfaces work I’m afraid. They do not allow you to show linked records.

As a workaround you can create a pretty formatted rollup with line breaks and all needed data of your linked records, and have it shown as text on the parent record. However, this might not be good enough if you’d like to allow the end user to click and expand the record details of the linked record.

You might want to submit this as a feature request using this form!
