I was having a problem to share record view for just one record in my airtable. Then I just shared all recordview to my external users. Now because they are opening my shareable view from mobile apps they can not see the right side of the recordview. How can I solve my problem ? I am open to any suggestions. Recrod View is not necessary but I just need to be able to share my record to external users to fill some places in my record (Not creating record, updateing record)

Got it! You want to share a single record with external users, let them fill certain fields, but without giving them access to all records or letting them create/update other records. The problem with Airtable’s “shared views” is that they are designed for desktop layouts, so on mobile, the right side of the record view (details panel) may be clipped or not fully visible.      MA E-ZPass

If they need to update the record I’d highly recommend you ask them to download the Airtable app.  Airtable expects users on mobile devices to be using their app and accessing Airtable via the browser on a mobile device doesn’t work that well

If that’s not possible then I’d suggest trying a List Layout instead maybe?  You could also try doing a shared view with a Fillout form too

@FarukBera

The easiest & simplest & quickest way to do this is to use Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable, because it lets your customers view and/or edit an existing record by giving them a unique URL for any record.

You can even create a login page to add security to your form.

Fillout is 100% free, and it offers hundreds of features that Airtable’s native forms don’t offer, including the ability to update Airtable records using a formcreate custom PDF files from a form submissionaccept payments on formspre-fetch dynamic data from an Airtable recordcustomize the style and branding of your formcustomize a theme for your form, display Airtable lookup fields on forms, create new linked records on a formadd a login page to your form, perform math or other live calculations on your forms, collect signatures on a form, create multi-page forms with conditional paths, connect a single form to dozens of external apps simultaneously, add CAPTCHAs to your form, and much more.

I show how to use a few of the advanced features of Fillout on these 2 Airtable podcast episodes:
