Hello,

we have a ticket/appointment form, where we add all relevant team members to the appointment.
Now I would like to create a page in timeline form, where I group by single team members and see all the appointments that are assigned to this person.

Currently this is the case: I add an appointment through the form and select multiple team members.

Then, in the view, if grouped by the Team Members, it shows me for each combination of team members the appointment.

How do I change this, that I see for each team member the appointments?
Do I need to create additional fields in the base?

Thank you so much for your support!

Best,
Philip

Hm what if you toggled on ‘Split multiple values into groups’?

That worked wonders, thank you so much!

One additional question: we only want to see very specific team members, but all of the team members that are assigned to an appointment show up in this overview, even if I filter that it should only contain those specific team members.

Can I filter this in another way? Or do it any other way?

Ah hm, I don’t think that’s possible at this time I’m afraid.  Hopefully someone else sees something I missed!
