Airtable setup to use for catering business

Hi,
Hope everyone is well.

I would like someone to consult with on an ongoing basis to help me with using airtable to keep track of the ongoing with my catering business.

I need things like a tab based system for all my recipes
food cost sheets
inventory sheets
calendars for my events
and a few more things along the way.
If anyone could help me that would be amazing.

    Dear Mauizio,

    I am very late to the game and sincerely hope you have been helped by now. I do want to let you know that I recently helped another catering business with an integrated system which included the following:

    • recipe compilation and costing

    • supplier orders and receiving (with recipe costings updating with latest confirmed cost price)

    • Integrated POS

    • Integrated Table reservations

    • Integrated Shopify store and Online Payment

    • Integrated Accounting (Xero)

    This was done using of-the-shelf cloud-based api enabled applications and airtable as an “aggregation” source.
