About Acasa AI
We build outcome-driven automations for local businesses (clinics, salons, gyms) that turn enquiries into booked and attended appointments and generate reviews.

What you’ll build

  • Lead capture via web form/webhook → write to Airtable (or Google Sheets).

  • Availability check → create/hold a booking in Cal.com.

  • Email + SMS/WhatsApp confirmations, reminders, and reschedule/cancel links.

  • Post-visit review request with unhappy-path escalation.

  • Reliability: validation, retries/backoff, error logging (dead-letter table OK).

  • Clean docs: 1-page README and ≤5-minute Loom walkthrough.

Must-have

  • Shipped client automations in Maken8n, or Zapier.

  • Solid handling of webhooks, auth/secrets, idempotency, and rate limits.

  • Basic observability (logs/alerts) and tidy, well-named modules/nodes.

  • Clear written and video communication.

Nice-to-have

  • Airtable schema design; HubSpot/HighLevel; Twilio/WhatsApp Business API; light OpenAI for templating; Cal.com webhooks.

Engagement

  • Contract / remote. Typical build is 10–20 hours, plus small monthly care blocks.

  • Global OK, UK/EU overlap preferred.

  • Compensation: hourly or fixed per standard build (paid on approved delivery).

How to apply (do all five in your reply)

  1. Share two examples (links or screenshots) of automations you’ve shipped and what they achieved.

  2. List your stack strengths (bullet points).

  3. State your timezone and hours/week available in the next 30 days.

  4. Provide your rate (hourly and/or fixed for a standard build).

  5. In 2–4 bullets, explain how you implement validation, retries/backoff, and error logging.

Optional: book a quick intro
