We’re a London-based social enterprise that operates a busy private-hire events venue and an education programme. We’ve just published a brief for a freelance systems analyst to help us map, refine, and rebuild our operational workflows into a more integrated database — most likely using Airtable (or a similar platform if more suitable).
We’re looking for someone who can:

Analyse our current multi-tool workflow (Excel, Outlook, JotForm, Xero, Sling, etc.)

Map and rationalise the data model

Propose an improved future-state system architecture

Build an MVP database aligned with our operational needs

Provide clear documentation and handover
This is a paid freelance project, and we are inviting proposals including project rate and recommended approach.
