Help creating a base for events

I outgrew google sheets and am needing to quickly get up and running in airtable. The system I want setup will be for three events. It needs to have a master list of attendees, a list of event-specific attendees, and an event-specific transportation manifest. I also want to be able to track our hotel room block utilization.

How far out are these three events? What is the scale of each of them? Are these conferences?
