We’re a fast-growing startup transforming the apparel industry with pioneering circular technology that integrates consumer sales channels and logistics. Our mission is to scale circular business models, proving that sustainability and profitability can thrive together.

We're looking for an Airtable specialist to handle product syndication, quality control, and systems improvements. This would be a 20-40 hour weekly commitment over 6-12 months, with potential to extend. This person would work directly with our tech team and key stakeholders, so it's more integrated than a typical consulting engagement.

Required Qualifications

Airtable Expertise

  • Advanced Airtable Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing complex Airtable bases
  • Formula Mastery: Proficient in creating complex formulas, including nested functions, conditional logic, and date calculations
  • Automation Experience: Demonstrated ability to create and manage Airtable automations and integrations
  • Interface Design: Experience building custom interfaces and forms for end-users
  • API Knowledge: Understanding of Airtable's API capabilities and third-party integrations preferred

Technical Skills

  • Data Processing: Strong experience with CSV import/export, data transformation, and cleaning processes
  • Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Database Concepts: Understanding of relational database principles, normalization, and data modeling
  • Process Documentation: Ability to create clear technical documentation and process guides

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot data issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Airtable Enterprise features and advanced permissions management
  • Knowledge of n8n, Make.com, or other automation platforms that integrate with Airtable
  • Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks for data synchronization
  • Experience with other database systems (SQL, NoSQL) for data architecture perspective
