Hey all,

Looking for an expert-level Airtable freelancer to work with on an ongoing basis, who has at least 5-10 hours/week available.

I set up our ERP for manufacturing on Airtable (we are in alcohol/spirits/ready to drink), and it works really well.  Does lot tracking, bill of materials with revisions, batch manufacturing, production manufacturing, shipping/receiving, etc.  

I'm looking for help in two areas:

  • Automating workflows.  So when we receive an order, it automatically generates a PDF and sends it to the customer's email address - that type of thing.  I use Documint to automatically generate lot tags when we inbound items, and that has worked well, but I'm to anything (including Make to other things) for PDF generation ... has been a pain point.  Would love to have a template set up to auto-generate PDFs at various steps of the process that just looks clean and works.
  • Interface setup.  Creating interfaces, likely view-only, that various teams in our company can see.  Possibly creating customer portals.
