Here is a basic list of our requirements:
Receives data from a form (airtable or jotform)
Logs data in table
Adds prospect in order received to waitlist item
Ability to choose office buy number, or price range
Emails template to prospect:
when record is created
when position within wait list has changed
when item has been filled
Texts prospects:
when record is created
when position within wait list has changed
when item has been filled
Note record for archive when item is filled
