  • Building from Scratch: We walked through creating a project management base from the ground up, covering how to structure tables for projects and tasks, link records, and use different field types to make your data work for you. The live demo showed how to set up relationships, assign users, and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Visual Interfaces & Permissions: The session highlighted how to build custom interfaces so team members see only what’s relevant to them. Using filters and permissions, you can create streamlined, user-friendly dashboards that scale as your team grows.
  • Automations & AI: We explored Airtable’s automation features—like sending reminders or notifications—and how to leverage AI field agents for tasks like sentiment analysis or call summaries. Omni was also demoed, showing how you can spin up a new app with just a prompt, making it easier than ever to get started.
