Hello - I’m a Recruiter and use Airtable to keep track of candidate interview processes etc, but how do I add a second process to an existing candidate without duplicating the candidate record?


For example, I have a candidate interviewing with 1 company but now she’s interviewing with a 2nd company, how can I add that row without putting the candidate details in again?

I think a link field can help, you can create 2 tables,

one for candidate and one for interviews and link between them like so:
