sorry, my first language is not english but I’ll try to explain what I would like to achive. I’m thinking about a airtable form which I will provide to our customers on our website. It is on a non-public area so only our clients can access the form (which is important). The process should look like something like:

person comes to our order form and puts in his/her unique user id which I send them prior and fills in all the needed information.

Then what should happen is: unique id will be identified in airtable and as a result we can sent our stuff (which is a PDF) via automation to several email adresses which where defined when we created the unique user id.

This would make sense for you? Where should I look for more information. Every help is more than welcome.
