With the paid version, does anyone know if it would be possible to have ONE base that has 2-way sync with several different calendars. For example, let’s suppose in Google Calendar I have:

  • Calendar 1 that exists for syncing with airtable items with a due date.

  • Calendar 2 that syncs with a project management program.

  • Calendar 3 that syncs with a CRM program.

Now I would like to use Airtable to sync all of these calendars into ONE single table so I can conglomerate all those tasks and cut and dice and view them any way I want. And I would want a column that shows which calendar each item belongs to.

Is this possible?

Thank You!

What is a Calendar

In Airtable lingo, “Calendars” are just views and views are ways of looking at data. So you can have multiple views but there’s no need for them to communicate with each other since it’s the underlying data that changes what they display.

Linking Data Between Airtable Spreadsheets

Now if you end up having multiple spreadsheets of data within a base, and you need those sheets to communicate with each other, then that can be most easily accomplished through advanced linking.

Linking Data from Google to Airtable

Live linking data between an exterior service and Airtable likely requires integrations or the API.
