Dear Community,
I work for a small charity based in London and we have used Airtable since 2019 so we have a lot of data stored. I am looking to upgrade back to Team plan from Free but am concerned that upgrading may reset workspace and lose data
For context:
- Small charity working with boys and men in London
- Changed banks → automated Airtable payment failed
- Downgraded from Team to Free plan
- Over usage limits, 24 days to upgrade
- Support team contacted, communication unclear
- Ideal: update bank details, make payment, continue as is
- The administrator is on extended leave and I need to change the contact name for access purposes
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
