I run a team of 4 Collaborators and I need to share the information with them, but I want that each collaborator could see only the records linked with his name.

As instance, I'm the sales director, I can see, add, change and update all the clients and records.

Jonh is a sales, he can only see, add, change and update his clients (not the Mara's ones)

Mara is a sales, she can only see, add, change and update her clients (not the John's ones)

 

I can't find how to do it.

You should be able to do this with an Interface by using the "Viewer's records only" option.  Here's a link to some documentation to get you started
