Hello, I work at a nonprofit using Airtable’s Team plan. We recently had a coworker leave but she didn’t delete her account before she left and I’d like to delete it now so she no longer shows up on our user drop downs, etc.

She now has read-only access to everything she was formerly editing, etc. so she doesn’t show up on our billable collaborators list.

Is the best way to have her account deleted to reach out to support? Is there any other way we can close down her account? Thank you for your help!

Hm, if an account doesn’t have access to the Base, any Interfaces in the base, and the Workspace, they shouldn’t be selectable via the User dropdown anymore.  Try removing them entirely and see whether the problem persists?

Base sharing
Interface sharing
Workspace sharing

And yeap, reaching out to Support’s probably your best bet.  Maybe this is possible to do via the Admin Panel (https://support.airtable.com/docs/overview-of-the-admin-panel) too by removing access / deactivating their account?

Hey @DW_Alexa ,

Removing access as shown by  @TheTimeSavingCo should get it solved. However, if that is not the case and you want to reach out to Airtable’s support you gan email them at support@airtable.com
