Hi all,

I know that in my organization, we have several bases that use integrations with other tools, including the Airtable → Slack integration. I don’t remember where I saw it, though.

As an organization admin, is there a way for me to find out what integrations people are using, and in which bases/workspaces?

Thanks, and happy Friday,
Joe Montibello

Hmmmm that is an interesting one @JoeMontibello.

I might be missing smth, but unfortunately I don’t think that is possible.

Not at all what you are looking for, but the best place to see potential integrations is the Integrations tab. However, this only shows connections you’ve made from your account, and it does not show what bases are using that integration.

There are actually 2 different places to look:

  1. The “Integrations” tab that @Mike_AutomaticN mentioned above, and
  2. The “Builders Hub” tab, which is right next to the Integrations tab.

However, here’s the catch:

Both of these sections will ONLY show you the integrations that YOU have personally setup. You will be unable to see any integrations that anybody else has setup.

There might be a way to see other people’s integrations in the Admin Panel if you’re an Administrator on a Business/Enterprise plan, but I’m not 100% sure about that.

Hope this helps!

If you have a budget and you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with this or anything else that is Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld

Thanks, @Mike_AutomaticN and @ScottWorld.

I am an organization admin in my org and we’re on an Enterprise plan, and I’m not seeing anything about how to understand the integrations that are being used in my org.

Looking a little deeper, if I go to the Users section and click into a specific user, I can see which integrations that user is using, so that’s at least part of the information I want.

If I find anything better than that, I’ll post it back here.

Just to add - I did try a quick export of users from the admin interface. The csv it exports has more data than what is seen in the Airtable UI, but it doesn’t include anything about integrations.

Thanks for the insight @JoeMontibello!

If you don’t find anything that will fit your need, you will probably want to submit this as a feature request using this Product Idea form.
