I have table with records of people. I want to send a form to those people so that they can provide additional information - specifically, to populate newly added fields. Is this possible?

It is not possible to do so directly from Airtable. You can do so using a 3rd party app called MiniExtensions

This is basically exactly why I built Stacker – to let people view update details about just the records relevant to them. You can get it set up and ready to go in like <5 minutes.
