You could export the Excel file as a CSV, then import the data into your table using the CSV Import app.
Or you could copy and paste.

That is the difficulty that I am having … I am trying to copy and paste my Excel Table. However, the instructions are not very clear … and does not work … when it comes to copying and pasting to my table (3rd image), I am confused … I must be missing something

When you say it doesn’t work do you mean that nothing is being copied over, or that things are being copied over strangely?
And have your tried the CSV Import app?
