I have developed a management tool where I have all the information about trainings, trainers, students and program managers. I have all the sessions of each program in a table so I can create a Calendar View to manage dates and times in one view.

Recently I started to share with the students the “Sync to an external calendar” link to add the schedule of the sessions so if we change something in the schedule they are up to date automatically. Everything is working well.

In the description of the event in the ICS format Airtable dumps the link to the record. I would like to remove that friction to students so they have all the information in that description field.

Is there any way to personalize the information shared in the event description?
