I have a few clients I would like to pitch our management services to and be able to provide Grid views and such. However, without white-labeling this is a big issue for us. How do we remove the footer “Airtable logo” and also on the login window that pops up when password protecting a shared view???

Welcome to the community, John! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: The Pro plan will allow you to remove Airtable branding from forms. Not sure about the login window, though.

I have the same issue, especially for embedded views. They keep Airtable logo, which doesn’t sound good in some cases. I have the Pro plan, but am still unable to remove the logo.

A lot of people are using Pory as a white labelling solution. You can easily create listings and galleries using your Airtable data and embed it using a widget. Hope that helped! 🙂

There are a few ways to allow external collaborators to view/edit records in your Airtable base, without Airtable branding. Two of these ways cost money, and two of these ways are free:

  1. (PAID) Use Airtable’s portals, which costs $120 per month for 15 users, and $8 per month for each additional customer after that.

  2. (PAID)  Use a 3rd-party portal, which are typically less expensive than Airtable’s portals.

The most popular portals that are currently available for Airtable are:
    MiniExtensionsNolocoJetAdminSoftrPory, and Glide.

I gave an entire one-hour webinar on Noloco called Building a Client Portal on Noloco powered by Airtable.

  3. (FREE) External read-only users can edit your Airtable records for free by using Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable.

Fillout is 100% free, and it offers hundreds of features that Airtable’s native forms don’t offer, including the ability to update Airtable records using a form.

Fillout gives you a formula that you add to your Airtable base, which automatically creates a special URL for each record.

I show how to use a few of the advanced features of Fillout on these 2 Airtable podcast episodes:
Using Fillout to create an eSignature approval process with PDF file creation.
Using Fillout to create an order entry form with line items.

Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld

Check out Softr.io , it allows building powerful, custom web-apps on Airtable, in 10 minutes (Lists, Directories, Courses, etc with list, grid views).

Let me know if you need any help with it!

Hello Marian,

I highly appreciate in advance your assistance. I really love Softr. I just need help with one task that I can’t quite figure out. How do I transfer the bases from Airtable to Softr. This way I won’t have their logo and I can present my proposal to my clients that would like to use my services. I’ve search everywhere for the answer and looked at the videos, but I’m still a little lost.

Thank you again in advance for your assistance.

Samuel

I’m stuck with the same issue. I hope there is a way out of this

I would also recommend MiniExtensions for this:

The problem with mimiExtensions is it view only, and you can’t allow people to edit. Unless I read it wrong.

No, that is not true.

Thank you, I will have to recheck that out.
