I have a tab that is used to register partner leads.

It has a column that links to my partner tab, specifically a view that only shows the partner’s names.

I have created a form where the partner fills it out, finds their partner name and adds it to the form.

The problem is that when they click on Partner, it shows them columns that are not visible in that view.

The only thing that I want them to be able to see is the partner names, no other column.


How do I set this up so that they can’t see any of the other columns?

Those other fields are only visible when you click the “Add” button when designing the form. They are not visible in the live form. You can test this for yourself by clicking the “Open form” link.
