Hi all,

I’m looking for a MiniExtensions expert with deep knowledge of the platform’s portal capabilities.

The goal is to create a kind of shopping-style experience, where different users can see diferent items options and varying availability/quantities based on a complex matrix/profiles.

I’m seeking looking for advice and guidance about what's possible and whether we should look at a different tool. I have intermediate understanding of ME and have build several portals before.

If you have experience setting up advanced MiniExtensions workflows. I’d love to connect.

I’m not sure if MiniExtensions offers all of that.

However, if MiniExtensions can’t do what you’re looking for, here are some other portal options to look into:

Hope this helps!

Hi @nativa  as Scott said above, ME may not be the right tool for you. Perhaps it would be a better idea to leverage your AT with an external front end builder, Softr/Bubble.

Happy to jump on a call to discuss

Hi @nativa, ME and other developers expanded on Airtable’s features in their own directions, but since then Airtable native capabilities have evolved significantly.

I’ve created ‘shopping cart’ experiences leveraging the interface layer and with the nascent Interface Extensions SDK Airtable now supports REACT natively – all tech jargon to say you can pretty much do whatever you want within an interface. In my opinion, the less you are forced to integrate with 3rd party tools the lower your recurring and maintenance costs, and less headaches when things get out of sync.

Happy to continue the conversation!
