Hello Airtable Community!

I recently joined Airtable in hopes that it can solve my company’s scheduling dilemma. We offer high-quality IT training, so we need a solution that can schedule various classes for 7 instructors throughout the year. In addition, we need each course to display on the calendar per day it runs, on the calendar event, it should show: Course title, Instructor name, and start and end time. Then, we need to be able to track the instruction hours per instructor and per course. I do not have a programming background, so I think I am at a disadvantage setting up a complicated scheduler that is easy for others to use. Any recommendations?
