An ex-employee had created the AirTable account but no longer works for the company. Is there a way we can set up a new account and copy/paste the old information to the new account?


  1. Create your own Workspace

  2. add the former employee to that workspace

  3. instruct them to move all company-related bases to your workspace (or do it yourself if you have high enough privileges)

  4. remove the former employee from the workspace after all data has been moved
