Records from AT show up as busy on Outlook Calendar after adding

Hello All

I work in the Marketing Dept and we have all day events in AT as records. After creating a calendar view and adding the iCal file to Outlook, these events show up as busy in the Outlook calendar blocking our entire day preventing us from scheduling a meeting with others.

Is there a way to add the Calendar view to Outlook where the records don’t show up as busy as a default.
