We have a very lengthy form that requires the employee to go back and forth between apps and input information. Is there an option to save the form and go back to complete later? If this isn’t available in Airtable does anyone have any suggestions on creating a fillable (mobile) form to collect data while out in the field?

This would be extremely helpful to eliminate the need for other apps to efficiently store data pulled from forms. We’re also working with lengthy forms that we hope can be inputted onto Airtable directly.

I am wondering if now that form submitters can create an account in order to be tracked by form collectors, this update might be possible? It seems that now that people can create an account, there is somewhere for partially submitted forms to be saved to? We use Airtable for grant applications and not being able to save the form is the biggest issue our applicants have. We may have to move away from Airtable to Jotform or something that can save forms if this feature is not added in the future.
Completing lengthy forms can be a cumbersome process, and users might not complete it in a single session. You can utilize miniExtensions forms, which include a save and continue feature, enabling users to pause and resume the form without concerns about losing their data.
