Hello the Community !

I received a message informing me that I needed to upgrade my Airtable access. I assumed this was because I had reached one year of usage, so I proceeded with the payment of the requested USD 240.

However, after logging into my account, all my databases disappeared. I can no longer access any of my bases, and I would like to know how I can recover them or regain access.

Last year, I paid for Airtable with my personal email/account, and this year I made the payment using my professional email/account. Could this be the reason why I no longer see my databases?

Thank you in advance for your help — this data is essential for my work, and I realy appreciate your support.

Kind regards,
Alexandre

Hm so just to confirm, you’re logging in with your personal email / account, but you can’t see any of your bases?

And you can see both your personal email and professional email in the same workspace?

I’d highly recommend opening a support ticket directly with Airtable to get a quicker response in the meantime as well

Hey @JobMatchPro,

You can also email support@airtable.com. Make sure to ask for a human response :D
