Hey guys, I have multiple users who work for me on the free version of Airtable and one of them signed up for the free trial.

On March 11th at the end of the 12 days him and all collaborators (as he set up the base) incurred a charge of £1200 for the year which we did not want or intend, how can I go about getting a refund?

I have tried multiple times to contact Airtable but there are no listed phone numbers or fast ways to get a solution, any help would be amazing.

I take it you've already filed a customer support ticket?  If so your best bet's just waiting for someone to get back to you from there I reckon

Yeah that works.  You could also try messaging support by clicking "Help" at the top right and then "Message Support"
