I have already entered the data for Plant Client 1 into Excel and imported it into Airtable. Now, I want to input new data for Plant Client 2 and Plant Client 3. How can I integrate all this data into a single database without overlapping the tables?

Would you like them merged into one table? You could add a tag to each client for grouping them later.
If you're worried about duplicate records, you can use the dedupe extension to merge data.
