Event: Meet Superagent | February 12, 2026

So exciting!  Congrats.  In under 15 minutes it delivered an amazing deck with 47 sources, 12 cards - and I was blown away.  I’ve tested about 8 different agents at this point.  This is my new go to easy button.

The reports are incredible and gorgeous.
I am struggling with two issues.

1. I cannot find how and where to export the initial Word Doc format of a report. The option to Export existing for about 24 hours, and now it’s gone. How can I PDF that document so I can share with others. I had to rebuild my last one 3x because the output kept failing and trying to re-run it failed 6x. I realize the Super Reports can be shared by sharing the URL when moving it to a new tab.
2. How do I clean up the list of tasks - there is no Archive or trash to move them.

To answer some of your questions - 

• If you created a document deliverable, Superagent should have generated a word document (.docx) or a pdf. That is downloadable, but you need to go to Files to download the word doc. 
• For the Super Reports, there are share options once the report finishes generating on the upper right. 
• Currently there isn’t an easy way to delete or archive tasks - we are working on it. Feel free to email support@superagent.com if you have specific deletion requests. 

Thanks. After a number of attempts, it cannot create a PDF. The word doc download often loses a lot of the formatting, which is why PDF would be better. 

I look forward to FAQs, tutorials and more use cases so that I can make the most of it. And most importantly, I hope there will be an explanation of how the credits and pricing work.
