Hi everyone! I’ve been testing out Superagent to see how it can streamline our operations at Nicat, and the results are game-changing.
The Use Case: As a co-founder, I often need to synthesize data from multiple tables—linking project milestones, resource allocation, and budget burn rates. Traditionally, this required complex rollups or manual formula building. I wanted to see if Superagent could act as a "Virtual COO" to give me instant health reports.
The Prompt I used:
"Analyze the 'Project Milestones' and 'Budget' tables. Identify any projects that are currently over 70% through their timeline but have utilized less than 30% of their allocated budget. Provide a summary of potential bottlenecks and suggest an updated resource allocation plan to ensure we hit our Q1 targets."
The Result: Superagent didn't just pull the numbers; it identified a specific project at Nicat that was stalled due to a pending documentation phase. It suggested reallocating two engineers to a secondary high-priority task while the documentation was being finalized.
Why this matters: It turned Airtable from a "storage system" into a "decision-making partner." For a fast-moving project like Nicat, having an agent that understands the context of our relational data is a massive competitive advantage.
