Duplicate image posting with Hootsuite

In the last few weeks, we have been experiencing a bug when scheduling posts to Hootsuite. It will schedule to post, however, it duplicated the attached image. We have reset our automation to make sure we didn't have something duplicated as well as recommended our accounts. It is still creating duplicate images in the post. This adds an extra step as we then have to go into each scheduled post and edit them on Hootsuite. 
Does anyone have a solution?

I am having the same issue. I use the Hootsuite integration with Airtable to schedule posts. However, my images are being duplicated in Hootsuite. Why? Is it an Airtable issue or Hootsuite issue?

When I asked Hootsuite tech for help they asked "What is Airtable" our sister company is having the same issues with their account as well.

I've submitted a request to the Help Center to see if they can resolve this issue.

I am having the exact same issue! Has anyone had luck resolving this yet? When the automation is tested, this is what is shown.
