Fields matching between two table

In Airtable Automation, I am trying to match fields between two tables. Both fields are multiselect fields.
These multiselect fields have same option which can be selected by user. But this isn’t working.

One field is Multiselect Field and another one is normal text field. This too isn’t working.

Hm, could you include a screenshot of your automation setup?

Could you also give me an examples of fields being matched and their expected output?

E.g.

Field: “Tick The Sectors You Invest In” contains “Impact, AgriTech”
Field "What Sector/s Are You In? contains “Edtech”
Expected match result: False
