'Insert Records as Grid/List' no longer working in Automations

Hi all,

A few months ago I had an automation working as follows.

Trigger: Everyday at 8:00am - 

  1. Find records were condition1 = x and condition2 = y
  2. Send an email with a grid/list of records matching these conditions

Now when I try to use the automation, 'grid of records' or 'list of records' are no longer options within the Message section of the email action. I even went back an old snapshot of the automation and found it existing as an option - but it fails to run and is greyed out (see photos below ). Copying and pasting this variable from the old snapshot to the current base results in an 'Invalid value' error.

The 'How to create email digests with automations' guide follows these exact steps yet it's not currently working.

Any help or ideas appreciated.
