Invalid email address in the "bcc" field: <span style

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to automate sending an individualized email to people in my database who match criteria.

ex :
trigger when creating a new record (announcement with location A criteria, type of mission 1),
I ask this airtable in the face of the action to find records corresponding to the criteria: location 1 and mission 1 (people)

then I ask him to send an e-mail and there I get an error message that I can't fix

Hi @Favor, could you share the configuration of the Send an Email action? At first glance, this looks like the dynamic entry into the bcc section is a field other than an email.
