Is there a way for “run actions” to integrate into a xlsx format of a google sheet instead of a google sheet directly?

The interaction only allows google sheet which gets saved as gsheet.

But my other app, where i wanted to open the file as a database doesn’t allow g-sheet but only allows xlsx or csv.

How can i update the records to a csv/ xlsx file using automation?

Is there a way?
