Hello,This is a recurring debate for past 10 years. Why is it not possible to simply create a form with hidden fields that are previously set or prefill ???Yes I know group could be hidden … for high level subscription Conditional  & Hidden fields do not submit Prefill Fields don’t work with uneditable fieldsThat’s so basic feature … I have a poll, need to attach status, linkedin objects, … not visible just to have a clean view and I’ll have to hardcode it in an automation … what a shame ! You always need to pass some tracking info. For instance, you have a CRM with Contacts you can’t send a form to the contact A, B or C with pre-field uneditable Contact field … that so basic ! 

I'm currently unable to access our master account that contains our billing information. From our side, everything appears to be in order—our IT team has confirmed there are no issues, and we've ensured Airtable email addresses are whitelisted.I'm wondering if our account may have been deactivated, and if so, I'd appreciate guidance on how we can restore access.Additionally, I’d like to submit a support ticket because we've lost a significant amount of time trying to resolve this without being able to reach a human representative. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,Regarding the new UI changes, I really dont care very much about new buttons disposition, but changes in appearence colouring have been a downgrade in my PoV.The new Light appearance is extremely Light, and the Beta Dark mode, in my POV, is currently not good enough (contrasts, especially with coloured dropdowns are not good yet).Boxes marked in green used to be filled in predetermined color (in my case, green), but now it has been changed all to white. Couldn’t find a way to change that with the current UI changes.If someone knows how to, please let me know. Thanks!

I just tried the new “improved Home Screen”This time, the UX team reached a new level of make things worse. 1. Why do you need this column on the left with so much dead space just for Home Buton, a Help shortcut, Notifications and your profile??? Really Why?Colors tables dont respond to the color base...it is just a light hue of the color you choose. Horrible at least.   What is the point of moving  the toolbar on the right? what’s wrong with the previous one? Icons, graphics, looks sharper and cleani have to say and create a visually pleasant experience. But Honestly, moving things just for the sake of refreshing the UI< is ridiculous.

 Hello Airtable Team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently building a patient management system using Airtable and I need to implement the following key features: A public form where patients can submit a medicine request (already handled via Airtable Forms). Automatic generation of a username and password after form submission if an email is provided. An automatic email sent to the patient with their login credentials. A secure way for patients to log in and view the status of their request via a dashboard. Role-based access for a committee and union member to review, approve, or reject the requests. A system to prevent duplicate submissions based on national ID and phone number. A “Forgot Password” feature to allow patients to recover their login access.  I understand that Airtable is excellent for data collection and collaboration, but currently lacks native functionality for: User logins Status dashboards for external users (with restricted access) Automated workflows like accou

I would like to request the ability to add custom vertical lines or markers at user-defined intervals in Timeline view.Use case:In Agile project management, we organize work into sprints (usually every 2 weeks). It would be extremely helpful to visually separate these periods in Timeline view by adding vertical lines or markers at custom intervals (e.g., every 2 weeks, starting from a date I specify). This would make it easier to plan, track progress, and communicate timelines to my team.

It’s all in the title. Horrible design choice.

The Long Text field in Airtable is currently way too small. It was previously possible to expand the size of the long text field to make it easier to read…. long text….I wish that they would bring back the option to resize this field so that it wasn’t such a pain to use. If resizing isn’t possible to bring back, then I wish that they would either:1) Expand the default size significantly;2) Allow users to make the long text field full screen; or3) Make the Long Text input box responsive so that it increases and decreases in size based on the amount of long text that is in the field.This would prevent users from having to constantly scroll to see long text in the long text field. We don’t need this to be as feature friendly as a full scale text editor (although that would also be great), but it should at least allow you to easily see the long text that is in this field without having to scroll for hours. It’s a huge pain to use for long text in its current form. So much wasted space!!! 

We have a lot of information to view when we click on a record to view its details. I find myself scrolling up and down a lot looking for the exact group I need. It would be very helpful if there was a way to easily jump to a group in the interface. Or at the very least, make the groups collapsible so they’re easier to view and expand.What do you think? Would you find this helpful?

Currently, when typing an entry into a select or multiselect field, anything is accepted when user hits enter.  I.e., if the user makes a typo or uses an alt spelling for an existing entry, a new entry is created.  This creates a task of cleaning and normalizing options and data after the fact. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a “Confirm New Entry” toggle for [multi]select fields?  If set, then a user is prompted to confirm before entering a new option.
