Nope, it’s just users helping other users here in the forums.
They do have a feature request form here, but we don’t know how often they monitor it.
Your best bet would be to BOTH fill out that form AND send them a support request.

Even if there are Airtable team members on the Community, they are not actively looking at every single one of our posts to fix issues or enhance their roadmap. They explicitly mentioned that that the official channel for that is the form shared above :D
