trigger Power Automate with Airtable

Hello all,

I am currently trying to send an automated email to a target person once a certain date assigned to them is reached. As of right now, I only see triggers for when a date is an exact date, but it must be the same date for the whole base, and not dynamic per each certain date that is unique to each target person. 

Simplified: I need to set a trigger for a date that is set for individual rows, is this possible?

Could you try adding a formula field to check the date and triggering the automation via said formula field instead?
