How to change grid tabs with multiple colors?

Hi Community,

I have a lot of tabs which are all green, however all these tabs consist of various process flow.

I would like to assign different colors to the tab, may I ask how to change grid tabs to have multiple colors?

The colors of the tabs cannot be changed individually.
How about using Emoji?
