Is it possible to lock a record from being edited

Hi Community,

We are using Airtable to record some of our financial data, and wondering if it is possible to lock records from being edited if the financial year has ended. So technically, on 1st April, we want to lock all records entered in a table until 31st March. So that no-one can accidentally change the records. Doable?
