Linked Record showing Unnamed record

Feel like I’m missing something obvious…Trying to link records and for some reason my linked field is showing unnamed record…

Hi @Dustin_Good,
When linking a record, the Primary field (Left most column) will be shown by default.

On the table with Office Name, is there any text in the left most field?
