Multiple Multi Select Fields

Hello,

I am trying to make a base that will track truck usage for our fleet. It’s just about done but I need a multi select field for each truck . I thought I would be able to reference another table and not have to fill out every staff member for every truck multi select field but I can’t see an obvious way of doing this? It seems like a basic function so I’m sure I’m just overlooking something.

Please show us your table setup so we can help you.

A multi select field cannot be linked, if that is your question.

Usually what I do in such case I creat a table with the trucks and i link a field to that table, you can then choose from the options in the trucks table. In this same table, if you want to populate several other fields with data from the 2nd table, you can use the lookup option.
