Hi all,

I am trying to create a grid view in which I keep track of projects (the latter come into through Airtable forms).

Each project goes through 6 stages with specific tasks associated to them (the tasks are always the same for each project). I would like to have a list that shows the tasks that have been completed for each project against the ones that are missing and, on the basis of this, I'd like to be able to track the progress (through a progress bar/formula?).

Is is possible? If so, how could I set this up?

You can use the Record Templates utility located in the Tools side bar to create all checklist items. You can use a roll up field to calculate the delta of open vs complete tasks

Thanks for helping. Do you have a screenshot of this by any chance? It doesn't seem to work so I guess I am getting a step wrong
